Sorry man Human life is just more valuable to me over dog life. I wouldnt have minded watching a few of Vicks dog fights tho...oh the good ole days..

He's not a parolee. A Federal sentence can't be paroled. They worked around that by inventing Supervised Release Programs which is basically the same as probation.

It's not an established legal fact. It's a fact they 'bred' dogs. It's not a crime despite all the media bashing. If it were then many with horses would be guilty; same with cows yada. I never tied up a female but witches with a b in heat don't generally need anything once she's used to the sire.

The 'rape stands' exist (also called a 'breeding stand') and were in use at the Vick place.
The female dogs were bred to be so mean that they would bite any male that gets to close. So the rape stands are used to keep the female immobile while the male 'has his way'.

Nobody's equating this to rape, as that term is normally used because the females are no doubt in heat and...well... they're dogs. But it sounds pretty freaking cruel to me.

If you want to defend the use of rape stands, go ahead. It's a public forum -- you're free to present yourself to the world as in favor of any manner of inhumane treatment as you see fit.

It's not cruel. Horses are at times held or immobilized. Cows can't move around much either when being serviced and it's not their choice. If your witch with a capital B bites then you muzzle her. It's generally not a problem.

I disagree on this. They're being immobilized because the Bs will bite because the Bs have been bred to be as mean as possible because the Bs are going to be forced to dog fight to satisfy some men's inhumane appetite for cruelty.

The rape stands themselves are not cruel. The rape stands as a part of a dog fighting operation are.

I think you are reading way more into what I said than what was actually said.
I don't support rape not in the least bit. I've seen the permanent devastation it can cause and I have to deal with it daily because my wife was a victim of it, so please don't put that on me. My only point was that a dog cannot actually rape another dog. Nothing more.
