He had an OK game against GB who obviously didn't game plan for him and then rang up some numbers on friggin Detroit. I think they jury is still way out on what he is now vs. before.
Furthermore, he may be better than Kolb now, but what about the future? Philly has $12M next year committed to Kolb and Vick is a FA. If they play Vick this season - a year when I don't think their defense is SB-worthy either - what do they do next year? Sign Vick to a massive contract too when you don't know what you have in Kolb?
Its a short-sighted decision to win a few more games than they might have otherwise by a coach feeling the pressure IMO. As I said, they are better this season no question. But if they stick with this all year they may have thrown next year down the drain for no reason.
