You sure he signed, I cant find any major sports outlet reporting him signing with the Eagles.

NFL Network just had a "Live Look In" for the first quarter of the Eagles Patriots pre season game. The Eagles broadcast team was doing the play by play and they didn't mention anything. Ditto that for the NFL Network studio guys. You would think if anyone would know, it would be the Philly anouncers and/or NFL Network people. Doesn't mean he's not an Eagle but, if he is, the Eagle broadcasters aren't saying.

Well, Schefter said today on the radio that the reason he thought we could be interested was the word that an NFC East team was seriously considering signing him, and he knew for a fact the Giants and Skins weren't the ones. And he "couldn't imagine" the Eagles would be. So that left us.

In other words, he just didn't *think* Philly would want him, but he had never heard that from anyone.

Teams might be floating out rumors like this to see what the public reaction is like.
