That was actually a pretty good interview, he was about as honest as you can be.

I just don't think he wants to blow up the team this year, when next year, Jerry will have a choice of Shanahan, Holmgren, Garrett, and who knows who else. And an uncapped year to play with.

What does his statement of 'I have made the decision that the roster is the roster' mean?
It's gobbledy****.
Then he has ridiculous takes on things like.
'The media is mad at the team because they were such a disappointment last year and the media pumped them up so much'.

He won't admit the media has gotten to him. When it's obvious it has.
He is still talking about the stupid 2007 season and those 13 wins as if he got an extra cookie at lunch for it.
