Funny thing is if McKinnie and Moore are booked with a federal crime. They are gonna know what its like to be a prostitute shipped across state lines for someone elses enjoyment.

They've got nothing better to do? Serve and protect, right?
Whatever. F the police.

I don't think that it is so much a matter of coming to the defense because they are Pro Athletes (though we wouldn't be talking about it here if they weren't). I just don't think they did anything that bad. They did the same thing that a bunch of ordinary Joes do for a buddy's bachlor party (on less of a grand scale probably) just about every day somewhere or other; I'd come to their defense too. It is blown way out of proportion because they are Pro Athletes.junk said:I don't think it was the police doing the dumpster diving. And these ladies weren't exactly the types you give a dollar to on the center stage.
It inevitable that when an athlete does something stupid and illegal, there is always someone there to rush to their defense.

No one punctures beer cans if they HAVE a cigar.
Beer bowls are a last resort.
It has to be hard. Nowadays it is hard for some high school athletes to avoid the temptations. College just amplifies it. Money amplifies it even more. The Curly One said:I admit it would be difficult, if I was a rich pro athelete every day would be a struggle for me. When I was younger I was always wanting more wine, women and song. Could never get too much of a good time. It would be very difficult to live under a magnifying glass and maintain a good image. Right or wrong I enjoyed the women and partying. Still they know the rules and the consequences and they should not break them. Curly

I guess that is why I am defending these players. I had my share (and maybe more) of wild times as a younger man. I partied my *** off in high school, college and as a young adult. I drank too much, smoked some stuff that I probably shouldn't have and chased (and caught ) wild women perhaps to excess. I was lucky and never got caught up in any legal troubles over it and never hurt anyone. I'm just not a big enough hypocrite to condemn these guys for being typically high spirited young men. At least they had the sense to do it out on a boat and were not DUI or putting themselves in a position to hurt someone. The Curly One said:I admit it would be difficult, if I was a rich pro athelete every day would be a struggle for me. Never been to one with the porn stars or had anyone flown in from out of state; but hookers and/or strippers...Oh Yeah. That is what I meant by, "on less of a grand scale probably."junk said:I need to get invited to the bachelor parties you go to then.
Never had hookers and porn stars flown in from out of state at any of the ones I have been to.
