The worst for the Vikings. Jerry's trade for WR Roy Williams or the trade for Joey Galloway are right up there with boneheaded trades.

What made the Walker trade more ridiculous is the Vikings had Wade Wilson as their starting QB in 89. He only completed 53% of his passes that season and tossed only 9 TD's compared to 12 INT's.

If I was a Vikes fan I sure would be mad at em. A 4th rd pick should have been plenty. How the eagles got a 1st for Sammy is beyond me. And why the vikes gave a 1st rd pick is also beyond me.

* Rams #1 pick in the 1st round of the 2010 draft
* Eagles trade Nick Foles & give a 2015 fourth-round pick, and a 2016 second-round pick (received a 5th round pick from the Rams too)
* Vikings give a 2017 first round pick and a 2018 4th round pick

minus the fifth (not sure how to factor that in)

Is completely average for a year and Philly flips him for a 1st, and a conditional that starts at a 4th

The Eagles wanted him gone. They demanded a first and got it. They knew they didn't have a great option at QB for this year, so they're going to tank the season AND sabotage the Vikings with Bradford thus ensuring they get the Viking's first round pick. They had already traded their first away, didn't they? The Eagles are rebuilding and are ensuring good drafting for next year.

Bridgewater only threw for 14 TD'S with 9 picks last year so Sam can at least do that.

They both had similar ratings and stats.
The one thing that stands out to me is with 532 pass att bradford was sacked 28 times (19 td 14 int)
Teddy had 447 att and was sacked 44 times ! (14 td 9 int)
Could be that sam can avoid sacks by getting rid of ball better than teddy?

The vikings made a decent deal, if they want to try and go deeper in playoffs this year, who else could they get?
I think Bradford lucked out going to vikings, and they may win with him.
Bradford had a better rating than Romo last year. (5 td 7 int !)
Tony had 7 int in 3 1/2 games !

If Minn goes to playoffs again, the draft picks phil gets will be low round picks.
Bradford will play the 8 home games in a dome staduim, instead of the outdoors in phil , and I think that will help him do better.
only 1 road game is indoors lol.

not really it all depends on how vikings do with bradford.
Those picks are going to be low round picks, the only way Minn could draft another QB is to tank this season.
This is the first year in new stadium, and they want to win and get in playoffs, and must think they are good enough to
get past div round.
Teddy would not be back in 2017, if ever, so they had to make a move.

The bad thing is that it is so late, sam missed TC with vikings, and will be learning as he plays, and I dont know
how good the minn WR are.
Norv may and should change offense to suit what bradford already knows.
They may struggle early due to this occuring 2 weeks before season starts.
They sent a jet for bradford and he is already there studying offfense.

That remains to be seen. Although I admit it doesn't look good for Teddy, I've seen professional NBA players come back from that injury and have successful careers, and they need functioning knees a lot more than a QB does.

That's true....probably should have said with what the Vikings gave up to get Bradford, Bridgewater's career in Minny is probably done.
