Khan Noonien Singh (Ricardo Montalban) in Star Trek II: The Wrath Of Khan. Yes, a cheesy choice.

Max Cady(Robert DeNiro or Robert Mitchum) in Cape Fear.

Nurse Ratched (Louise Fletcher) in One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest

Annie Wilkes (Kathy Bates) in Misery

Alex Forrest (Glenn Close) in Fatal Attraction

Dr. Szell (Laurence Olivier) in Marathon Man. My teeth always hurt when I watch that scene.

Detective Alonzo Harris (Denzel Washington) in Training Day

Commodus (Joaquin Phoenix) in Gladiator

Magua (Wes Studi) in The Last of the Mohicans

Good list. Great call on the self-righteous warden in Shawshank. That's one of Brainpaint's favorite characters.

I saw it and thought it was pretty good. He was a great villain. His pace, his mannerisms, his cadence ... all were very methodical. Pure evil.

Hannibal Lecter is still probably about the creepiest, most-disturbing villain I've ever seen. A fascinating character.

Yep, they were pretty good. Hannibal's perceptive skills were unnerving.
