Well, he missed a court appearance or something. Not exactly Aaron Hernandez/Oscar Pistorius stuff, you know? He should definitely be convicted of stupidity and selfishness, to have it come down to a suspension for recreational drugs, it would actually have to have been his third violation. One gets you a slap on the wrist, two gets you into the NFL's drug program and a third gets you suspended from games. A fourth means an entire season. And then to miss a court appearance while you're appealing a suspension is not exactly the brightest decision in the world. Yes, Von wears those nerd glasses, but he sure doesn't have the intellect of a nerd.

News is pouring in this morning in relation to Von Miller's possible four game suspension, Vic Lombardi of Denver's KCNC and 104.3 The Fan reported that there were two substances at play. One was marijuana.

An hour later 104.3 The Fan's Brandon Krisztal reports on ESPN's Sports Center via a source that he trusts says that the other substance was molly.

Brandon Krisztal has been citing this source for about a month now. Interesting to see if the source was accurate or not. But to be in the NFL's drug program (which isn't revealed until you start getting suspended for games) it would mean he was already a multiple offender. Just so stupid and selfish, regardless of what it was.

If Miller broke league rules then he should be punished as far as him playing vs Dallas or not makes no differance to me. I never had an issue with the Cowboys playing vs key starters in a game. I don't hope for injuries or suspention as is the case with Miller. I tend to concern myself more with how the Cowboys are playing than who we are playing.

1. Yes, Molly is uncut ecstasy.

2. It is classified as an amphetamine, suggesting it has some performance enhancing qualities. Does it really enhance performance? Highly doubt it. And certainly not why he was taking it.

3. Yes, unbelievably stupid and selfish.

4. No, it probably wouldn't kill you. Unless you took a ridiculous amount. Which can be said for any drug except, you know, marijuana.
