Wade presser on now...

Let me guess. Romo is fine. The line is fine. The offense is fine. Defense is fine. Everything is fine.

Everything will be "fine", right up until the end of the season.

And the end of the words "Wade Phillips" and "head coach" ever being uttered together.

I just finished listening to it, and as usual i just get no confidence when he's done.

he started off with "i'm upset about the loss".....but his tone stays the same through the whole thing and he doesn't sound upset.

"well we missed some tackles, certainly"....well they blitzed and we needed to pick it up, certainly. well we missed opportunities, certainly.

and why does he need to say that the team will stay together? we're more worried about how you fix what's on the field. we've got some really serious issues if he's more worried about how the team chemistry is after a loss.

they asked about Hamlin missing the tackle on the Marshall catch...."well they missed tackles on us too, but i didn't think it was a poor tacking game overall" :bang2:

It's 100% Official: Wade is a buffoon.

And Jerry is an enabler.

This team, coaching and ownership is in shambles. We peaked 2 years ago and now going backwards. Wake up JJ and fix it!!

Wade always has excuses for this play or that play. I hate his attitude, it is a loser mentality.

Wade and Campo on the sidelines together --- how fitting! Only in JerryLand

who is more of an idiot, the idiot that coaches or the idiot that allows an idiot to coach?

yes, he should be jumping up and down screaming. Calling out players and throwing people under that bus. Yeah, that crap helps.

There's the million dollar question!

Or should that be the 1.2 billion dollar question?

He forgot to say " The best team did not win"

Maybe it wouldn't, but being a strict, tough coach ala Singletary from the 49ers I bet would help. Of course, then Jerry wouldn't have a puppet, yes-man in place like he does with Wade, so I'll keep dreaming.

So you want Parcells back?

Exactly.

Now look I'm no Jerry hater. I'm just not. I think the guy genuinely wants to win and he does a lot of great things for the Cowboys. He's willing to go out and spend the money to put the talent on the field. I love all that about him.

But Jerry is his own worst enemy and there for he remains the Cowboys own worse enemy. I know he wants to win, and wants to badly, but the problem is he wants to win a certain way. He wants to win with folks that he'll get the majority of the credit for the winning that way. He wants to win with guys like Wade who aren't Championship quality coaches cause Jerry, as bad as he wants to win, he wants to be the hero in winning even more. Jerry's enormous ego is going to continue to keep this team from winning as much as it should because Jerry simply won't do what needs to be done, and get a real coach in here, and let them get the job done, without Jerry getting in the way.

Until Jerry finally decides it's better to win without being the hero who did it all, instead of being the hero who does it all yet doesn't get the championships, this team isn't going to go anywhere.

Might as well. Being a fat, lazy, unenthusiastic, gutless waste of oxygen sure hasnt produced any results.

And who knows, maybe throwing a tantrum would get him fired quicker

Let's stick with status quo instead, since that's worked out so well....

If it was between this or keeping Wade one second longer, I would wipe Jerry's *** for the rest of his life if he brought Parcells back.

Parcells has forgotten more about football than wade will ever know

I was all for a change last off season. However, there is absolutely no way we change mid-season. It will not even cross Jerry's mind.

Oh yeah. We are 2-2, not 2-10

Premature evaluator.
