No cap implications so the money is irrelevant.

That said, the reason Garrett is here is that Jerry was terrified he would leave at some point and become Sean Payton 2.0. Add in the money and there is no way Jerry is letting him go now until he pulls another Campo-esque season like this one.

We all know they'll just can Linehan and maybe a positional coach or two for the sake of 'change'.

They won't even do that.

You will see a few position coaches taken to the woodshed. But that is it.

They can fire the head coach and the entire coaching staff, but I don't think much will change unfortunately.

Are we really paying him 6 million a year? Where do he rank in pay vs the rest of the NFL coaches?

I hope so. However, if "Red" has much better years, I truly hope it's because of "Red's" coaching and not from several years of high round draft choices that compensated for his ineptness. The guy is good at talking about the game, but not good at coaching it.

Ive been on the wagon for over 40 years and thats way before Garrett was ever a thot. And Ill be on the wagon after he's long gone and everybody has finished celebrating his departure.

Your turn coat babble is just nonsense.

This is an example where Jerry will eventually come to learn he threw away money based on a gut instinct (irrationality) instead of actual experience (rationality).

Think about this: Garrett's salary is more than Parcells made.
