What’s crazy is a) if they rollover the bulk of the $20+M in ‘24 Cap Room and b) only restructure CeeDee, they could EASILY have over $60M in Cap Space…and that’s BEFORE extending Micah and not even touching Dak’s deal (so you can cut him in ‘26). THEY HAVE $$$$ TO SIGN PEOPLE!!!!! STOP FALLING FOR JERRY AND STEPHEN’S LIES!!!!!They have $50 million in cap next season and likely a top ten pick
Lack of experience is not what would stop Jerry Jones from not hiring Ben Johnson. Please excuse the double negative.Read this and tell if this kind of hire Jerry will make..........
Ben may be a hot name but interestingly he does NOT have a lot of experience. My goodness, keep hearing the name but he doesn't have a strong resume at all.

I'm sure about that ........see post #25Tyler Smith & Micah Parsons figure into any future cap discussions .
Yes I would say Ben Johnson looks like a top HC candidate for any number of teams in 2025 .
His resume isn't strong at all.......in fact, I don't see anything to suggest strong leadership.Lack of experience is not what would stop Jerry Jones from not hiring Ben Johnson. Please excuse the double negative.
All they’re going to do is whine about planning to re-sign Parsons, Tyler Smith and Bland. The last 12 years of free agency shows they’ll do nothing to VERY little with that 50 million in free agencyThey have $50 million in cap next season and likely a top ten pick
Broke and desperate, just the way Jerry likes them. Why would any coach worth anything work under Jerry's circus.
The only coaches that come here are desperate or in need of money.
Same as Jason Garrett's. You were saying..?His resume isn't strong at all.......in fact, I don't see anything to suggest strong leadership.
Ben Johnson is already famous for turning down a slam dunk HC gig, rumored to be about concerns over ownershipWould you want you first HC job in Dallas?
I didn't think so.
Half of that is gone immediately resigning parsonsThey have $50 million in cap next season and likely a top ten pick
LOL......Garrett had a strong family connection with Jones. Come again....Same as Jason Garrett's. You were saying..?
His father also broke into the NFL with the Cowboys back in 1993.Bobby Slowik OC in Houston has Stroud slinging it around and for experience sake he was passing game Coordinator for Shanahan in SF before that .
The next HC has to get inside # 4 head and with 4 yrs then left in the contract for Prescott get the most out of him and build a 21st century offense around him . Get a running game together , take the young draft picks Dallas has invested in the OL and build on that get the most of the receivers and tight ends .
With the correct young offensive mind it would allow Dallas to also hire a young DC the new HC chooses , not Jerry and spend much of the draft next season on the defense .
Listen to me (lol) ....the next HC Jerry hires will have a strong relationship with him and/or Stephen OR a strong recommendation from someone they trust IMO.Bobby Slowik OC in Houston has Stroud slinging it around and for experience sake he was passing game Coordinator for Shanahan in SF before that .
