He will never reach that legendary tier of QB's such as Peyton Manning, Brady, Montana, and Staubach. These guys made everyone around them better. They redefined their position. Were the cream of the crop. Rodgers is very close to this list. But he needs another SB.
I'd day he has zero shot at being better/as good as Burrow, Mahomes, Herbert, Allen, and Lamar. Lawrence is inching closer to joining this group. Mahomes and Allen are clearly the best QB's today. I'd be stunned if neither won the MVP.
For 2022 I'd rank QB's by how good they can be. How good they currently are. You can't judge everything on 6 games. The past and potential matter too.
Allen (Can definitely win a SB with him)
Mahomes (Can definitely win a SB with him)
Herbert (Can definitely win a SB with him)
Jackson (Can definitely win a SB with him)
Hurts (He is undefeated so for now he is here)
Burrow (Can definitely win a SB with him)
Brady (Not great thus far. But can turn it on at anytime). Can definitely win a SB with him
Rodgers (See Brady above). Can definitely win a SB with him.
Then a bunch of other QB's.
Sans an 85 Bears type D, I'm not certain anyone can be confident enough to say you can win a SB with: Cousins, Prescott, Hurts, Tue, and even Jimmy G. To me these are all good to very good QB's. I don't think these are QB's who will make receivers look better than they are. Or have the talent to win games without alot of help. Guys like Rodgers, Mahomes, Brady, Herbert, Allen, and even Burrow can do this imo.
Sorry for the ling post. In a nutshell, I believe Dallas can win a SB with Prescott. I just don't think he would be the big reason why.
