Dak has become more of the problem than the solution.
this isn’t looking good right now.For full disclosure, I'm not a Dak hater or apologist.
I believe that Dak is not elite but, he's also too good to easily replace.
Washington is the prime example of what I'm talking about. Their roster is full of very talented players.
In fact, other than QB, they might be the best roster in the division.
However, their QB situation is brutal. If, Dak played for the Commies, they would be going to the playoffs and maybe even vying for homefield advantage.
Bottom line, Dak gives us a chance to win and although he's not perfect, I'm happy on the last Sunday of the season, we aren't searching for a QB.
Go Cowboys!

Even with all his mistakes, our soft defense has me more worried than the guy who has our offense as one of the top in the league.Chances are that if we fail in the playoffs it will be because of Dak...don't need to look further than his brain fart in the 9ers game. That being said he is the best we have, and give the team credit they are trying to do their best to not have to have him be the focus of our end game goals
Can't say never and the original poster did make some point. He has for all intents given us a chance better than the revolving door bs that so many teams go through weekly. Jets? Washington? Panthers? New Orleans? List goes on.What difference does it make if you don't win either way? Would you rather spend $40 mil on one QB who will never carry the team to the promised land, or journeymen who come cheap and either play just as well, or get you a higher draft pick? Or are we just going by how Jerry gauges the team--good enough for ratings?
The elephant in the room is the GM as I said in my initial post.sooooo...the elephant in the room? I don't want to hate the guy, but seriously? Week in, week out we have this same conversation
