Way to early Win/Loss record for the 2024 season

I am usually a 4 with sometime a smattering of 5, but I think I’ll stay a 4 and lean more towards 3 going forward.

10-7 is best they can be. As for playoffs if they make it, one and done is the best as well. Just not good enough for deeper playoff run and need more bodies than this FO can get in one off season. Some FO might be able to, not this one.

MM one way ticket to Palookaville, and Jerry having to answer lots of questions for not dealing with it right now. In other words, wasting away another season.

If the team does make the playoffs next season, It’s likely to be a struggle to stay motivated playing to improve their seeding. No matter how well they set themselves up for the playoffs it never matters. Since 07 they’ve had two number one seeded teams and a number two seeded team go one and done at home.

This feels imminent. Can’t see any other scenario honestly.

Well, this is what I believe will be their record for the 2024 season....I hope not and I know its still too early...but I've lost all faith in the Jones boys and coaches...
The toss ups, I really don't how those teams will fair...If we win those 4 toss up matches it still puts our record at 9-8...I don't have much faith going into next season with the practically same staff. What say you...

This coming season I'm going to say 10 wins again but it would not surprise me if they under achieved and only won 8 or 9.

Yup. People have to feel this coming. What...do we really think this team will rise to defend McCarthy on his last ride? Or that McCarthy will suddenly become a smart coach in his last year? Or that Jerry is going to pull out all the stops this offseason after he shrugged off our season-ending and worst defeat of all time? This has disaster written all over it. Nothing will surprise me, and the only thing I'm looking forward to is Overshown.

No disrespect meant to Rambo, its great that he is still this positive, but I am just not wired to be a pom pom waving type of fan. I'm sure I will be called names like hater and fake fan, but if you bring back the exact same coaching staff and the exact same players that have not got it done in what, 9 years in the case of Dak, why would anybody expect different results.

Now if the Cowboys hired a real GM, used both the draft and free agency to upgrade the roster, and held players and coaches responsible for poor play/penalties (see Sam Williams committing a penalty on almost every dam punt and yet is still on the punt team), then I might start to have a different opinion of how good this team could actually be.

But we all know none of that is going to happen, it's going to be the exact same coaches with the exact same players and again relying exclusively on the draft to fill holes. This formula has not worked and yet we are supposed to believe that this team will just put it altogether and go to the SB if we wave the pom poms hard enough???

We have had the #1 seed twice, and the #2 seed once since 2007......................All three games we lost at home and were one and done.

Seeding is not the issue, we lose just as many playoff games at home as we do on the road.

Not being able to advance in the playoffs is the issue and that is why people want changes, because if you do the exact same thing and expect different results, well you know.
