The approach is trash and anti real football. Jerry isn't thinking about the team he's approaching this search financially. I know money is a component, but not a huge factor if your really trying build a winning team.

An incentive based contract for a HC until Jason Witten (a HS Coach) is up too speed and ready is foolish.
