So they want to lock up Dak for 10 more years?

LOL.

Geezus.
Not necessarily. Jerry made a comment that Dak's play is what they expect to see around here for the next 10 years....or something like that.

I believe an extension (to the ghasp of the hater squad lol) is what they will do this offseason.

Could they extend him on a longer deal to soften the cap hit blow, take out the no trade clause and then trade him?

Sure, but it was definitely an odd situation and transition.

I’ve been saying this for years and if it isn’t clear after Sunday it never will be….he has to be used correctly. He was best used in his rookie season.

As I write this I’m now reminded of the WR situation to start the 2018 season. I mean, what are doing? Why do they continue to think they can outsmart people that are so much more qualified than them? Because they have billions of dollars and they think life works that way?

I almost can’t even believe I got myself caught up in this.

And yeah Jerry I did like those SB, that of course was ALL YOU, but it wasn’t worth it. Not for this. Not for a lifetime of your ego.

Sorry OP….not directed at you. I’m worked up a bit. As many of us are.
Or....the league adjusted to him playing Safeball and it wasn't going to work any more.
