Just like being Romo dependent... We are also Dez dependent.

I'm not asking for us to go make a Roy Williams type of splash but we need someone who is a better than average WR in case Dez goes down. A low end #1 WR.

Do you guys know of any options out there that someone might be willing to trade? Josh Gordon maybe :)

Wanted fuller in 2nd round.

I wanted a DL, Fuller, or Doctson.

liked Doctson alot but this team hasn't threatened with speed on outside in over 20 years. Might have to go back to Alexander Wright.

Beasley is good at what he does but it's not something we can hang our hats on.

Williams is a limited player.

Bryce Butler plays like he is 5'8.

Dez is a monster but he is always at risk.
You're right. I'm not impressed with our wide receivers group as a whole. Love what Beasley does but we need some upgrades. Before everyone gets mad, yes I'd rather address the DE and linebacker position first, but receiver is on the list.

I'm done w twill. Back to back silly plays in the last two games. He won't get extended and TE knows it.

If we didn't have Cole, our pass game would almost be non-existent right now. If we lose Dez for any time, it will be poor again.

We need a better #2, maybe not now but for sure in the off-season. Williams and Butler are not sufficient enough. I would prefer a speedster who is at least 6ft tall

....the Cowboys priority, at this point....find a ball-hawking playmaker or two on Defense....be it some unanticipated way or through the draft. DLinemen should be first priority.

Why can't we win the sb and how did Iowa do against ndsu
Because I don't believe we have enough talent I the defensive end to slow elite QBs. I think they will especially score at will when they need to.

And Iowa was an ugly game. Got dominated on LOS. Embarrassment.

Why are we dependent on Dez who was injured last year and playing average this year? We have other options to keep us from being so dependent.
Besides, shouldn't you be at the Egirls board?

Absolutely. Defense wins ALL the big games. No question. That is the priority.

Offense is not even close to an issue with this team. Our offense is fine. We have all the weapons we need at every spot.

Focus on the defense and you will see the wonders it can do. Go ask Seattle, Seattle, Carolina and others.

I agree we need to address the WR position but not in a trade, which will require draft picks. I'm sick of going down that path. We have been burned doing that with Galloway and Roy Williams.

It'd be great if we got someone with size and speed who gets open on a regular basis. Then, we'd really have something solid going for us. If the staff decides to replace T-Will during the offseason, a guy like that could work wonders for our offense. Not easy to find but do-able, nevertheless.

I so badly wanted Marvin Jones in FA. Even at his asking price. He wanted to go somewhere and be the #1 though so no dice.
