We need to relax for once after a loss, Really...

It isnt gonna get any better with Wade as HC.

Yeah, how quaint to blame Romo.

Dumping on Romo is not only silly but stupid. Tell, me, who will be here longer: Wade or Romo?

Face it, it was a team failure.

The sooner you and the rest of the Wade apologists get onboard the reality train the sooner we we will know that this team's lethargy is owed to the fatboy, the shrug guy, the guy with the excuses -- and that is doughboy Wade Phillips.

Get a real coach and our problems are mostly over.

Fire wade philips now. Until that loser is off our sideline nothing will change. Not saying we'll start winning right away but I'd rather lose games without having to look at his dumb *** on our sideline anymore. It's about time this joke ended once and for all.

Romo shows this year after year, big game after big game.... Sad to say but Romo cannot win in a big game... He has moments of greatness, sure, but he chokes in the long run...

Ok...what's the defenses excuse? How many times in the last 4-5 years has the D been given a lead to protect late in a game and failed to do so?

For the season, the D is 0-2 in those situations.

The play Roy was hurt on wasn't an errant throw. Bailey got away with a chuck about 15 yards down field that threw off Roy's route. Without the chuck, Roy gets to the ball in stride and runs away from the defense.

...it's more than just the one overthrow to Williams...Romo never looked comfortable the entire day, even when he had time...this game was as bad as the Pittsburgh game last year, where he just looked horrible...

...i'm slowly coming around to Dorsett's opinion on Romo...too much heaped on the young man too soon...but with an eternal optimist in Jones running the ship it's no wonder he appears to be buckling under the weight of overinflated dreams of superbowls...

...oh man, it's going to be a tough pill to swallow for some when the ink dries on this season...it ain't look'in pretty so far...

Actually I have been very critical when it comes to Jerry.

Thats not my point. Give this "team" some time is all. Its easy to be baby and waahhh about it.

I am not happy with some of Jerry's moves. I never liked the Wade hire. Lets see what happens is all I am saying.

JJ will always have his apologists

I gotta admit this thread title sucks. It's one thing to be loyal and entirely another to become used to losing.

relax? its 2008 all over again.

forgive these losers, excuse these losers if you want.

The REAL problems are these:

Number one, our playmaker on offense is hurt, again. Felix Jones is the only guy that makes big plays on this team and he was out.

Number two, Barber is hurt, again, and wasn't there to finish the game.

Third, our average receivers cannot beat single coverage and are never open downfield.

Fourth, Romo can't play ball control on offense. He's like a shooter in basketball. If he doesn't get a lot of shots, he gets out of sinc.

Fifth, our offensive coordinator is a disaster.

Sixth, our team, as all teams do, reflects our head coach. We're a soft team. There are a few tough, competitive guys, but without a tough leader who can hold guys accountable, this team is lost.

Not an overreaction at all. These are the facts.

This sounds really stupid when you say it out loud. It goes against all conventional thinking.

When your team is controlling the LOS with the running game it MUST improve the efficiency of your passing game.

Romo has had the best pass protection and run game support of his career. And that includes today. Don't care about the five sacks, 4 were coverage sacks. We protected him well today and ran the ball very well.

So what gives? How can this be? Make no mistake about it. We are two average Romo games away from being 4-0.

Maybe we do need to throw it more often and earlier. Maybe there is something to this silly notion of Romo needing more passes to get into a flow.

I don't know. I do know that something is very very wrong with our passing game. If nothing changes we are headed for 8-8.

I agree Mick, it's just a game.

Remember....it's not how you start, it's how you finish.

We're going to lose some games, and will have ugly games like today. But as long as the coaching staff works on continuous improvement and eliminating bad play, we can overcome this.

Still plenty of time to fix the problems this team is facing.

Heh, we say this all the time but it never happens. They say all the right things in the pressers, but it never happens. We'll suffer through the same flags, the same missed tackles and the same dropped INT's until fat boy Wade is punted out of Dallas.

Who drafts, hires and signs the paychecks?

You fail to see the big picture.

How many other teams in the league havent won a single playoff game this decade?

How about Us, the Lions and Cleveland. What company

Even the Raiders and Commanders have man.

lolz at this being now called a big game.......

In all honesty...

I dont think Romo has looked comfortable all year and even preseason...

His passes are high.....low...off taget more often now then ever.....

The tampa game we had some great plays......but that was tampa.....

The Bronco's did what teams will continue to do.....stack the run and make the WR's beat you.

Sure Witten will get his catches.....but we need a WR's to make the defense honest and that hasnt happened yet.

This team will continue to ride Romo.......like it should....but he is going to make mistakes and that has to change.....He has to be our best player on offense...and lately Romo hasnt been our best player.

Players need to step up......and so far....we havent had enough of them stepping up.

Look, I hear ya. I dont like what I see right now. Its obvious that your posts are only going to be negative. Understandable.

I am just saying, they deserve atleast this season to get it together.

The defense was solid all game until the big play by Marshall. You can't blame the defense when the offense could pretty much do nothing all game. Doesn't matter how good your defense is, you keep em on the field all game the defense will wear out.

I agree...Romo is easy to blame, but seriously this defense is very average when it matters the most. Denver's D stepped up to the plate when it mattered and ours did not. This goes back to last year too.

quit making excuses for romo. u sound like that idiot general manager from Little Rock. romo is a fruit basket and it has nothing to do with "gelling". he can't play at a high level when crunch time comes around.

Amen.. The facts to date bear this fact out.
