I did a very quick perusal of the 243 page report and gathered that the differences weren't due to physics or equipment. The report also stated that there was adequate time for the balls to be deflated manually when the person took the balls into the restroom. I'm lazily waiting for someone to provide a "Reader's Digest" version of the report.

If, in fact, the Patriots were guilty, I find it revealing that the report came out just after the draft concluded. Whether there's any basis in fact behind that or not (that the report was intentionally held until after the draft), it will provide lots of fodder for the lynch mob.
