Jerry can and will let McFadden go...whether it be sometime this year or in the offseason.

I know it is a fun talking point to make about his love for McFadden but if he was so enamored and dedicated with him, McFadden would be the starer and getting more reps by now.

Stop. Messing. With. The. Agenda.

Sadly, both Jerry and Stephen love him. LOOOOVE him.

I think they love him for what he is being paid...which isn't much.

I'd like to see him get more carries. I think he's a RB that needs to get carries to get warmed up. His problem is consistency. He'll run exactly how you want him to run a few times in a row, then look poor a couple of times in a row. It's part of why I think he would be better off with more carries...get his timing and feel for the speed of the game down better.

I think Randle is just too light and he's more of a big cut and bounce type of runner instead of making the hard, decisive cut like Murray and Alfred Morris can make. McFadden makes that hard, decisive cut far more often. But if Jerry and Stephen really loved McFadden and had as much control as people say, he would have been starting from Day 1 or at the very least starting after Saints game.

I would love it. As they mentioned on Cowboys Break, maybe Randle is best at his change of pace role. He was excellent in that last year. Let's see what Cmike has. The La'el and Cassell moves are no brainers.

maybe they will try and use Randle in the Dunbar type position...Randle catches the ball pretty good out of the back field. They got 2 weeks to teach him some simple routes. My guess is Randle moves into the Dunbar role and CMIKE takes over Randle role as RB and DMAC stays put.

Make the best use of all 3 of these players.

Scout.com is saying Collins will be named starter at guard and Michaels will be starting rb. With more changes possible

Leary is injured, so that one makes sense.

Randle has been inconsistent at best and a pain in the *** for the coaches at worst.

Good. Leary has been awful and you need to see what you have in MIchael.

Now.... about Church? Can we do something there ?

I think this is great news!

Now how about we do something at wide receiver? (like get some who can play)

Very odd. Why don't they give Michael some series first? It wouldn't surprise me if none of these backs are here next year. Personally, I hope all are replaced. I know this is just a report from Werder but it seems odd that he gets two carries total in two games and now he may be a starter. Sometimes this teams thinking is just odd with these type of changes.

Sometimes when you don't understand the reasons it doesn't make it odd. It just means that you don't understand the reasons.

Good. They need to make moves that they feel are going to make the team better.

People don't need to feel comfortable that they're the starter by default.

Hey easy of Randle fellas. He's playing with a piece of crap qb and a predictable offense. Murray had a lot of things go his way last year.

With that said I'm glad cmike is getting a shot. We need a hit the gap and run type of runners not hesitation guys.

Randle's actually run fairly hard for us this season.

I never thought Randle should have been the starter. Well 90% anyway. 2 weeks ago I thought McFadden should have been given his opportunity to start. I still do to a degree, though a small degree now.
But I am not opposed to throwing Michael in there either. If can't hurt. Matter of fact, i am ready to see what he can do.

And if Dez is back, and the OL plays better, especially with Collins in there.. Then why not make the change. If successful, we will get the Michael support crowd ramming it down our throats, when in fact it may be a combination. Dez, Cassell, Collins...but that is ok, if we win...cram away...we are winning, so it doesn't matter...as I don't care who is in there, just win!!!

Sometimes just need a change, if all are equal, Randle, McFadden, Michael, then give each their opportunity. Randle had his, McFadden in his relief role hasn't done a lot either. Both shown glimpses, but haven't taken control. Yes, there are other circumstances involved. But just get the best guys that the coaches feel give them a chance.

A combination of Cassell, Collins, Michael, and Dez return, if he returns next game, can be a big spark to ignite something. At least keep the fire burning with a few wins until Romo returns.
And getting Gregory back and Hardy and RoMac getting in better football condition. The D can start to be that D we want so much.
