Honestly, for me, it's the lack of urgency.

All signs point to Garrett's removal. I'm not getting my hopes up at this point, but that's the way it looks and feels.

Honestly just a hunch. The team truly seemed to fall apart after the Garrett/Giants rumor leaked. They may have started there search then. Maybe they didnt officially agree to anything, but too their temperature.

Speculation on my part. But they did something similar when they brought in Parcells

It's definitely a bizarre situation - especially with all the recent comments Jerry has made about how poorly college coaches perform in the NFL. But you really never know with Jerry.
