What are some realistic ways to fix this team?

Who is the best player on the team? He or she may need to get traded for draft capitol and players.

Why?

Because I think he is only suitable for the odd game, not an extended run. He played well against the Vikings last year, but anymore exposure and I think he would regress.

You say realistic and your first point is the QB..who has a contract that makes the change unrealistic.....Again i get alot of fans are pissed and should be, he played bad last night..Changing the QB next year will mean a total rebuild as you pay off his contract...THEN your betting on the GM who put this roster together while telling you its good to go get a better QB AND we all know who he wanted in drafts as QB's the last decade....How realistic is the first point?
