You do not trade a shut down corner (or a near shut down corner) for a bunch of potential. Those pieces you are talking about the Cowboys probably could not get it all put together and done. Extend Diggs if you can; if you cannot let him finish his rook contract and take your chances next off season. You probably will see the absolute best out of him next season if he is looking at being a FA next off season.
