What could Diggs could get us back in a trade?

We are already desperate to find another starting CB and depth. Why would we trade away the best CB on the team?
because we can get picks for a corner who can tackle but cant cover but he shows heart

Our front office doesn’t have the creativity. We’ll wait until he’s injured and just release him.

In order to make the cap work, you have to be good at selecting young talent in the draft in order to get early production to compensate for the 20 million dollar contracts given to certain players at certain positions.

I believe some GM's already calculate that they get 4 years for that newly drafted player before he moves on. The GM might offer him a contract but it will be insulting to his actual value. If you have a very talented team you just aen't going to be able to keep evryone.

Pay him.

Trade Parsons, you'll never pay him and field a defense. Take your 2 #1S AND DRAFT A QUARTERBACK.
A REAL QUARTERBACK.

Y’all got y’all’s ballhawking corner now you want Byron Jones type again?

Diggs is legit and a playmaker. Stop trying to get rid of him.

He shut down Justin Jefferson up in Minnesota this year.

I know he has his bad moments but so what.
When players are on the cusp of getting paid, fans turn on them. It will happen with Lamb soon

A normal team can get a 1 plus another pick. The Cowboys would only get a 2nd or 3rd. They wont trade him untill it comes down to trade or he walks in fa, and they'd telegraph it to all teams ahead of time. At that point they might be lucky to get anything and probably just a 3rd round comp pick cause dallas sucks at turning valued assets into good picks.

If you can trade him for a first and a third you do it. Or maybe even a first and a fourth. He is going to break the bank and then pull a Tank. Watch and see. Lol

Diggs was a second round pick if I remember correctly. The first round pick that you get in return should net you a top light corner for 5 years at a cheap cost. The 3rd or 4th can be used to add another player. It’s a net gain.

If Lamb gets paid $20m per year, I’ll be the first to turn on him if he doesn’t play up to his contract. Guys who get paid must justify their cap percentage.

News flash: players who have not been paid are usually hungrier than players who have been paid. I’m all for keeping Lamb, but at some point every payer has a “that’s too much cap” number.
