I'm sure they'll install a system that a rookie can work with see (Dak Prescott)
But most importantly, players love to play for Quinn and they play hard. Which is every bit as important as talent and scheme. Look what Quinn inherited 3 years ago, and how soon he turned it around.

They could do well or they will continue to be in a bad place if they miss on the qb. It's incredible how bad Zach Wilson is after being the 2nd pick in the draft. It happens a lot.
