If that's the case i'm going La-La Land.....(trade CD, especially if we can get two 1's, or a 1 and 2), get the lottery tickets, even if it means drafting off Brugler or Kiper's Big Boards.

Start 'future proofing' for post Dak years (however, id re-sign Pickens for the immediate).

You're right it doesn't matter all this is just a game to Jerry he's just playing a game to keep us in the news stay relevant.

Saying he's going to make a trade but not telling you who like it's some big suspenseful event trying to keep everybody's attention and everybody talking.

Just a big game he's playing with the emotions of millions of fans.
While he secures more than generational wealth with 100 Billion in gas
 
Trade Dak while he has se value, sign Pickens, bring in Flacco for a couple years and draft his replacement. Flacco is doing better behind a worse offensive line with no time to even learn a playbook or practice with his team.

Which is why I would get some satisfaction if we lost every game the rest of the year. This season would be ear marked as the season Jerry traded away our best player and fell on his face. He would look foolish and I would enjoy him looking foolish.

But your point in your post is correct. Jerry will do anything desperate to save face this season which scares me. I hope no one will trade with him and he gets saved from himself. His ego will not let him lose the Micah battle without a fight.

I would say play Milton instead of Flacco. Milton is younger.
 
Trade Pickens, Tolbert and Diggs and anyone else a team will take
 
We traded for Mingo last season and our QB was out for the year. This dude is a lunatic
 
The few pieces you might have to “ sell “ yoir only going to have to recoup down the road . With 8 games left play it out but certainly no point in buying .
 
This roster is bad and has a lot of holes. Problem is we are counting on the same idiots to fix this mess that put them into this mess.
 
I have always been a fight to the last possible second/ never just accept defeat kind of guy in anything I do. But as to the question,........I could really care less what they do anymore. Trade, don't trade,...I don't care either way. They FINALLY broke me. Die hard fan from the age of ten to now,....for 51 years of my life I have lived and breathed all things Cowboys ,....not anymore. Do I want them to win and do well ? Absolutely. But the fan I used to be is gone now and frankly that sucks. I miss the old days in more ways then one...........
 
There is really no one to sell other than maybe Pickens and I would find a way to keep him.

The defense is trash. I would not invest anything in it this year and if any team wants anyone from it I’d do it in a second.
 
Need ankther option for both. Add long term players at DT and OT since you have a hard time drafting them. And I'd happily take late round picks for the guys that won't be back.
 
I'm buying. But not for this year, for the next 2. And it depends on what we can get, no rental players. If Jerry really wants a SB he needs to go all in while Dak can still throw a ball. You may not have the 3-4 years time to develop a defense before you will have to retool the offense.
