What do I want? Sell.

What do I think Jerry will do? Buy.

At what cost? Not sure. Hopefully, if any buying, there's a hint to a long term future 2-4 years with a move and not some UFA who wants to bolt

Unfortunately, this is what they are NOT going to do. Jerry and his idiot boy have to have some hope to sell the fans for the rest of the season, so they will do something stupid and trade for a player or two that will not make any difference at all.

Or worse, make just enough difference that we screw ourselves out of a top -10 draft slot.
 
Jerry and last moment trades = disaster. The Parsons "trade" shows that. It's best if they wait, think about how they want to build this team. and do the trading after the season.
 
Lamb…make Pickens number one. Lamb needs a better team where he has a legit shot and we need a defense.

It just doesn’t matter anymore. I don’t care who is on this flake of a team.
 
Keep all the pics we got left for next year‘s draft. This team is not in a win now mode, but we all know that.
 
Sell, but I don't think they have much that other teams would want.

There is no reason to be buyers at this point. Just wait until the offseason to blowup this defense and move on from Steele.

Yeah, It maybe that Jerrah is a worse seller than he is a buyer, when he is doing it last moment. People here sound like they want Jerrah to have no plan and sell. Buying obviously is out of the question, given that the season seems to be over.
 
I voted "Do Nothing". I don't think anyone is willing to give up a kind of player we need, and even if they did, I doubt we make the playoffs anyway. My vote is to stand pat, get Pickens signed and spend all their draft capital on Defense in the next 2 drafts. Our offense, as is, is good enough to go deep in the playoffs, so preserve it. We also need a new Defensive Coordinator. If they want to unload Steele and a couple of the worthless defenders for low draft picks, I'd be fine with that. But don't trade any good draft picks away to try to save this season.
 
My advice would be to do nothing. Instead spend time on hiring a solid defensive mind - maybe a HC or DC in the college ranks - to serve as a consultant that Jerry can talk to about fixing the defense and perhaps even helping to have a separate pair of eyes on their draft board. What they have in the FO isn't cutting it and can't seem to understand drafting of defensive players.

Our D is almost completely bereft of talent.
 
Pickens is really the only one you'd get much for — it would make a lot of sense. Probably could get a 1 and a 2 or 3. I say do it, but they won't. Jerry loves offense.
 
Ok you dispatch Pickens now Lamb is blanketed your back to square one . I say Pickens is worth keeping , the HC needs to discuss “ taunting “ penalties with him .
 
Sellers was my original thought but they will screw up that so I put nothing because just taking a dump with what you have and then retooling with your picks is prudent at this point. It’s all scary in the Jones Boys hands but at this point just allow the dumpster fire and see if the blind squirrel finds its nut next year
