He hasn't had a lot of opportunities... true, but the balls he's had thrown his way, he has dropped. They hit him right in the hands and he dropped them. When our receivers are having such a hard time getting open and our top 2 threats are being double teamed, he needs to catch the ball when it comes his way.

Chances of an undrafted WR immediately contributing on offense are always slim. If anything they will use him in certain packages. I thought he had a chance to be an effective PR/KR but that has not happened yet.
