Judgmental would be a compliment compared to the word I have in mind.
Is it a benchable word?

Moss spent a year at Florida State as a redshirt freshman then transferred to Marshall University. I don't think he ever played a snap for Florida State.
Fair enough but who do we have at the moment behind him?
He may be a fine young man but what exactly does he bring to this football team? Is there nobody on anyone else's practice squad or a FA that could actually be more valuable than Lucky? Perhaps I have missed his value on special teams coverage units but as a receiver or return man he is virtually worthless. There has to be another football player on earth that can contribute more to this team no?
Correct and he was never a small school recruit, he was big time from the beginning.
Now is time to churn the bottom of the roster, take some chances. And Whitehead is at the bottom of the roster. If he's not contributing in AT LEAST ONE of the 3 phases he should not be on the active roster. He does nothing on D, below average at best on ST and is a complete nonfactor on offense. We need all hands on deck the next 3 games which will determine our chances to salvage this season.
So you've determined that he is worthless as a returner after his 1 career punt return and 1 career kick-off return?
As a WR you've determined that he is worthless based on 2 targets with Weed as the QB?
I've determined he's worthless by what we've seen thus far. Not good enough to play receiver, not good enough to be this team's return man.
In summary, not good enough.
For a team so in need of receivers to step up, he shouldn't be on this roster.
That's not surprising. You are king of the knee jerk reaction.
Do you have a free agent WR in mind?
While you're the staunch defender type who'll attempt to defend anything and everything Cowboys, even when it obviously sucks.
Nope. I've never defended Doug Free. I've complained that they don't run enough pick plays on offense. I've complained that they are too predictable in their play calling with over 85% run on 1st down and over 85% pass when in shotgun and on 3rd down. I've complained that there are methods for the defense to combat pick plays but that they are not trying to use them.
If they had cut some player with great potential to keep Lucky then it might be an issue; however, that has not happened.
Fans judging a player that has touched the ball twice and has had 2 passes thrown to him in his entire NFL career is the dumbest thing ever.
Fans are slobbering over C-Mike but he has a 2.5 ypc after two touches. Should they cut him also or do we wait until he has 3 total touches?

Lots of practice squads with better players, upside as well as college production, than Whitehead and even Street. AJ Jenkins, Tre McBride and Tyrell Williams are all bigger and as fast or faster than Whitehead.
Vince Mayle, Jake Kumerow, Durron Carter are not only bigger but much more physical, have ability to win balls in traffic and do not need as much separation. All are available on other team's PS or are FAs. Cowboys should also give DE Mike Catapano and DT Kenrick Ellis a shot to bolster Run defence. Same with return specialist/scatback like Isaiah Pead or Raheem Mostert to replace Dunbar.
He has done about as much as Harris did at the same points in their careers. he does have very good return ability. If cowboys have someone they feel is better then they will put that player in. Cowboys as we are seeing are not opposed to making changes but they do it based on what they see with the players.
