There’s another post on another thread of a slow motion video. It’s clear the Lion was trying to trip Pollard.
The funny thing is that nobody was tripped or even close to being tripped.
Unreal that a flag came out
well good people keep pushing this get it on Twitter shut people up....

because I'm tired of hearing about how the lions got screwed because we've been screwed out of at least two games this year in my opinion the Arizona game with the controversy Michael Gallup pass interference that was picked up and it shouldn't have been that game ends different if they would have just left that flag down having been first in goal and then all the bad calls at the beginning of the Buffalo game but particularly the Philadelphia eagle game which I'll take that one you call that pass interference on Schoonmaker at the goal line and we win that game so we could do this all day I mean you can look at the Miami game and all the non-calls with the holes on Micah Parsons and the pants being pulled off the CD land that wasn't called I mean we could do this all day it is what it is we won the game officially we had other games that we lost that we could have won had the referees not screwed us so this happens to all teams we are very aware of it,,,

First and foremost, gotta be sound and NO PENALTIES in this scenario. Pollard ran for seven and we were about to close the game out at about the 25 yard line. So after the tripping, we were at 1st and 25. It appeared that CeeDee went for about 15 on the slant. Why were we at 2nd and 14 or am I confused? Why we threw on second down will be discussed all week.
Bs call is what

Yes, very odd. Like it was scripted with very poor actors.

Follow the money. My guess is some very important people put a lot of money on the Lions with the points. And many suckers put a lot of money on the Cowboys to cover the spread. The Lions covered with the points. The outcome of the game is meaningless to them. The Lions had to cover. Think hundreds of millions to maybe a billion or so profit.

The NFL is not a sport. The government identifies the NFL as entertainment which makes it legal to fix the games.

Anyone claiming games aren’t fix, try to explain away the phantom tripping call. Note that penalties are not reviewable. Just the way the powers that be want it to be.

Oh, yeah, and Art Rooney didn’t win the Steelers franchise in a poker game like the story goes. Gamblers run the NFL. 26 or so of the NFL owners have ties to gambling. Including NYG owner Mara.

Hendershot should be cut to send a message.

Honestly, what do they lose by cutting him? He is a dumb player who does dumb things.
Then you might as well cut the whole team because they are all dummies

And Bigfoot and the Lock-nest monster had tea yesterday with the Aliens at Area 51.

It looks to me like Hutchinson tried to trip Pollard but missed. Hendershot was guilty of holding though. You cannot grab a guy and turn him like that. But holding is 10 yards which may have changed the way the Cowboys called the next 3 plays. With an extra 5 yards, maybe the Cowboys try to run the ball 3 times and pick up another 5 to 10 yards and then kick the FG. But who knows. The Cowboys throwing the ball 3 times there was just dumb. But clearly McCarthy felt that he needed to get a first down and run the clock out. Not an awful decision unless you throw an incompletion. But to me the problem was not just throwing the ball, it was the choice of plays. Why go deep on 2nd and 14? Why not just throw something underneath, get more yards and closer to the first down, but keep the clock running at all costs?

In the end it turns out McCarthy was right. The Lions got the ball back with time on the clock and easily scored a TD.

Apparently there's proof that that was a bad call that he didn't trip anyone at least not purposely somebody said there's a lot of screenshots showing that that was a bad call..
Yeah we were all reacting right after the game so did not see the replays until much later. Bad call on Hendershot. If anything, MAYBE they could have called holding but definitely not tripping.

Holding is a judgment call. I don’t think Hutch would have tackled Tony, so no call.
