What Happened on the Hendershot Tripping?

Hendershot is still a heavily penalized player who hurts the team more than he helps it though.

I hate when they call penalties at key points in the game and don't show a replay.

There should have been no flag since there was no tripping. Attempted tripping isn’t a penalty. And they call it on the wrong team/player on top of it.

Honestly, what do they lose by cutting him? He is a dumb player who does dumb things.

It was a clean block by Hendershot, not sure what the heck the ref saw.

My guess is both teams are wearing white pants so they were confused as to what was going on, but it is obvious the Lions' player was desperate and tried to trip Pollard.

I always thought it was odd teams could wear the same color pants, but now I am convinced it is a bad idea.

The woman NFL official incorrectly called this trip on Hendershot, who all y’all want hung from the gigantic scoreboard at AT&T stadium. When it should’ve been called on Detroit for trying to trip Pollard. Completely blown call AGAINST Dallas and caused all the ensuing drama

I did not see you sitting in my house. LOL That is exactly what I said when I heard him called. Its a shame that these refs really suck and cannot get things right. No fan should have to feel like they won or lost due to officials. Mistakes happen but not at this rate. Im watching football for over 50 years and I never have seen this whats going on in todays game. Any way All the best to all our fans, we may disagree on things done or players but it all comes down to the same love and passion that we have for OUR team. You are correct . I watched it again and again and again and at the last split second Hutchinson puts his hands up for a holding call.

This is why each team should have a flag to review a penalty if they feel it’s wrong.

We see these bad calls and non calls every game..

I thought New York had this quick review process to help correct a bad call on the field.
example:
an obvious dropped pass / ball touches ground

This keeps the game flowing without a timely review process.

This BS call happened before a break which aloud plenty of time for a NY review.
Yet nothing happens and no video replay of penalty after the commercial break for the viewers to see.

Even if the ref was confused as to which white pants wearing team was doing the tripping, there was plenty of time to correct this mistake.

At that point in the game and them not showing the replay Plus the feeling that Hendershot has penalty everytime he is in which isnt often would lead to us feeling that way. After review the kid did nothing wrong and its a terrible call
