Did not say I was scared.

That is a far cry from actively desiring the road hardest travelled with fully healthy and loaded up opponents. We play who we play, leave the excuses. Our job is to beat two more opponents to reach the Super Bowl and beat that opponent as well. Will you be upset if we get there and the Patriots are not a full strength? Will you feel cheated that our fifth title is tainted somehow?

Take it away Macho Man .
I don't care how we win the Super Bowl personally, if it's half strength, so be it. If it's full strength, so be it.

I hate to sound like an arse, but good. Rodgers was crap without Jordy (and a running game, that Mont has now brought them -- hopefully he's banged up to). He was regressing at an alarming rate. Then Jordy got healthy, then Montgomery started running effectively, and bam-o, dude is chucking again. Granted, Adams has emerged this year, but he's not enough. Hoping Nelson is out, and Mont is hampered.

Sorry, football Gods. Ten Hail Marys and one Lord's Prayer :)
Yeah. Its great news...lets pray Jordy can't play the next game!

They were saying on the radio this morning that he has broken ribs and he potentially has a punctured lung and spleen laceration.

He's not playing and even if he is he will be 50% at best.
I was worried about the spleen. I hope he's okay, not okay enough to play this weekend but I hope his spleen doesn't have any issues and he'll be alright.

Those are some serious injuries. I hope he heals up fine. That said, I doubted he would play if anything affected his "push off" technique. 80% of his catches came off illegal, non-called push offs.

Saw this on Twitter re: McCarthy's 3:30pm ET press conference:

"#Packers coach Mike McCarthy said Jordy Nelson has a rib injury. He'll be in the rehab group through Friday, try to practice Saturday."

He also said Nelson stayed in the hospital last night.

Sounds like a smoke screen to me. No way he is playing.

It would carry more weight if you hadn't been picking against him all year.
Well, Risen has been picking against him and Dak has been winning. I don't want Risen changing his mantra at the moment. I need him to keep this up until Dak brings home the Lombardy for us.

I doubt New England is complaining they don't have better competition early in the playoffs than the likes of Houston and Miami. You take whatever advantages come to you

They've never complained about playing in a totally non competitive conference all these years and getting HFA for the playoffs because of it....

I would rather have the patty cake 2nd round game like the Patriots have than our's.

Exactly. They are being served a cupcake like they did in 2011 with Denver. Which they led 42-0 at halftime. Houston does not belong in the divisional round at all. They have a free path to the AFC title game. And if KC wins, that will be a cakewalk as well.

Well, our fifth title is a little tainted because Barry Switzer got to share in it.

No title is tainted by injury, and ours won't be. Now, titles can certainly be tainted by cheating scandals, which is why the Patriots are still looking for their first legitimate SB win.
