2 57 Rob Havenstein - Stiff and not overly athletic. Received better coaching than some others.

IMO, without the injury issues, Green could be in tier 2 or definitely at the top of tier 3. I can easily see Green being better than all of the players in tier 3.

There was a big drop between Green and Daryl Williams in Tier 4 because Williams probably needs to move to Guard in the NFL.

Side note: La'ell Collins was a better college player than #9 pick Ereck Flowers, IMO. I can see some teams liking FLowers better as prospect due overwhelming size and more length, but in college I thought Collins was generally better. They both look like RTs in the NFL to me.

In all seriousness, I think they want Free to move on next year. Having Collins/Green at RT with Gibson/other Tackles competing allows you to get a lot younger/cheaper at the position.

I thought the stat posted about his sacks given up/penalties was extremely impressive.

Also, on a side note, was it Flowers that Gregory completely destroyed in college?

Thing is that the cottage industry didn't get to see the medical reports. If his ankle and shoulder X-ray/MRI doesn't show structural damage indicating an increased risk of injury would that be meaningful to you?

Green left because of dehydration problems, not injury related. It is very common for rookies to come into the mini camp out of shape so I wouldn't put too much stock into it.

I believe this works in Greens favor as it allows him to further develop and most importantly work on improving overall strength and power throughout his body. By 2016, he should be a strong candidate to start at RT, unless the team decides to keep Leary and kick Collins to RT.

Yes, Flowers struggled with Gregory including a great bull rush by Gregory that made Flowers look silly.

It depends on where Collins plays. They will give Collins some snaps at both OT and OG in the OTAs/mini-camp and maybe the first week of TC, but after that they'll likely have him focus on either OG or OT. If he really focuses on OG as many believe, then Green is most likely the Swing OT. If Collins wins the LG job, and one of the OTs gets injured, I don't think they would move Collins to OT at that point. Green would have to step up and play OT.

You can never have too many good OL so I'm fine with it. Besides I'm sure the Cowboys would've attacked the draft differently had they known they would acquire arguably a top 10 OL talent only days after the draft.
