Barring a miraculous performance Romo gets the job back when he's healthy. I don't think its record based. Tim Tebow won games in this league by having a defense playing well and producing just enough to win. If we're winning that way then I'd expect Dak to get replaced when healthy. If he's playing like Newton, Wilson or Rodgers he keeps the job just about period. If he's playing like prime kaepernick or the more recent Eli I think he gives up the place he was just holding. If he's playing worse then those two I think he might lose the job before based on what vet we pick up off of the trash heap.
Win/loss record shouldn't effect what happens with Dak when Romo is healthy. It just shouldn't because Dak isn't going to win or lose these games by himself.
