Russel Wilson just got traded for two firsts, two seconds and a few players at 33 years old.

People thinking Dak would go for significantly less than that are bonkers.

Teams are now less likely to let themselves get fully fleeced like Denver did.

And Dak will be 30 in a few days. No longer a spring chicken himself.

And lost games. You do realize that the objective is to win games right?
Cool remember when Rush lost to Philly?

The thought that Dallas would be better of with Rush than Dak is so colossally stupid I don't even know how to argue with it.

A second and maybe a third.
I don't think a team would give up a first-round pick for Dak.
Why?
He's about to turn 30.
He commands a high salary, and he's more of a supplementary quarterback than a complementary one.

Yea and Dak lost 4 of the 5 games in the regular season and crapped the bed again against the 49-ers. So again I ask, what exactly did he give you that Rush didn’t? Also I never said that Dallas would be better, I stated that Dallas would really be no worse off with Rush starting. That in essence is what those 5 games proved. Not that Rush was better, but rather that Dak wasn’t much better or didn’t provide a measurable difference.

Rush is a great back up QB.
Dak is an average starter.

What exactly is a measurable difference? The Cowboys, measurably, scored a lot more points and were far more effective through the air. Every "measurable" skews so heavily to Dak I don't know how you say that.

By your logic, you could basically just say that Tom Brady gave no measurable difference from Kyle Trask because they didn't win a playoff game. It doesn't make any sense.

For starters what was the difference between their performances when you compare Rush vs the Eagles and Prescott vs the 49-ers. Points put up and over all execution. Where exactly did Dak prove himself to be that much more of a superior talent?

How about do Rush vs. the Eagles and Dak vs. the Eagles, seeing as how it's actually the same team.

Like nitpicking single games and ignoring the other dozen or so is such dumb, flawed logic. How about compare Cooper Rush vs. Washington to Josh Allen against the Jets?

Can’t compare the two since one played the fully loaded eagles team while the other didn’t. Even there Dak wins against a team that was resting its starters and no one in their right mind would claim that Dak was going to lead the Cowboys over an Eagles teams with its full compliment of starters.

That’s not important to the Dakstains. Those Dak stats are all that matters.
Like Daks stats are somehow greater than then team wins. Would anyone have complained if the Cowboys scored 3 points and won against the 49-ers? No, everyone would be here hooting and hollering about how awesome our defense was.

The Eagles defense was the same. This is entirely wrong lol

I understand Hurts was out, but that really has no impact on how well Dak played. The Eagles offense was way better that game than it was against Rush anyway.

In a meaningless game for the eagles who had already locked in home field and whose aim was to get out without major injury. You really think Dak would have delivered that if the Eagles were trying? Please.
