Sorry, guys, and I'm sure many will vent their spleen here, but I've watched enough of it to be convinced.

We will all continue to cheer for our team, hope for the best, etc., but what is wrong with this team will not get fixed for a long time.

What is wrong is Jerry Jones, and he isn't going anywhere.

The play that captured it for me was the controversy over Campbell stepping out of bounds before the throw. The camera zooms in on the official, he has come over to the sideline to explain what is going on to the coaches.

There is Wade, there is Campo, and there is some other assistant that I don't recognize. All 3 standing in front of the official. Who is the official giving the explanation to and getting an earful from? The assistant standing behind Phillips.

This team has no real head coach. This team has no real leadership from its coaching staff.

You have Jerry taking a page from Bud Adams and Commander boy telling his offensive coordinator who needs to get the ball more. Felix.

Until Jerry Jones steps aside the Cowboys are what the Cowboys will be.

Organized around the wrong guy.... Jerry

Please get off the boards. Like any of us is going to read some interweb fan post and completely give up on this team this year.

Well a few weeks ago, Jerry said he wanted to see Ogletree and he made some big plays and we won.

This week he wanted to see more Felix and he made some nice plays. And we won.

We can argue about a lot of stuff but we do have three Super Bowl titles with him and he does spend loads of money to get the talent.

You leaving? I'm not going anywhere. But I'm also right, and if you knew a little bit about how successful NFL teams have functioned, like, FOREVER, you would know that Jerry Jones' way makes a mess of a football team.

Yes, we are 7-3, and we will be 8-3 after Thanksgiving. That's better than the Lions and Browns, and a whole lot of other teams, but I always thought the goal was the Super Bowl?

This team isn't going to the Super Bowl the way it is functioning, period.

Jerry Jones has lived longer on those 3 Super Bowls, that he had very little to do with if anything APART FROM MONEY (huge contribution there), than anyone in football history. He owns the team so he can give himself any title or responsibility he wants, but he is no GM in my book, and he certainly isn't a coach, or doctor, or a myriad of other roles he tries to play.

I agree 100% that Jerry is a big problem.

But I try as best I can to live in denial.

But the other two things I mentioned were recent. They were 15 years ago.

Get back to me at the end of the season and tell me I'm wrong. I'll be the first one to be happy to be wrong, and I'll congratulate you on being right. When you are beating the Commanders 7-6 at home, after being shut out the week before, and you have DB's pushing coaches on the sideline and the owner adjusting game plans, you have a problem.

anytime they lose (or win in this case) people will point out problems.....but Jerry had nothing to do with todays pathetic display.....Barber fumble, RW drop,Romo int and missed FG did

I second that. Anyone telling another poster to leave should be shown the door themselves. Unacceptable bush league crappola.....

Let me ask the OP, do you think the Skins fans would be caring if they won? No, nor did the GB fans. Sometimes a team is better with its back to the wall, we did it.

oh brother, another astronaut and his Jerry Jones rant. These guys have not learned by now that blaming or complaining about Jerry is w waste of their time and energy. Please let it go. Jerry is not going anywhere and Personally I do not want him to change at all.

Well, I would like for him to change his philosophy of hiring these old recycled coaches.
