What Makes Dak Irreplaceable?

Romo has cost the team some games, but that particular example is silly. The Defense let the Broncos score on every.single.possession. At least Dak has a defense that can make stops. The problem is that both had O-lines that suddenly stopped doing their job, the defense stopped doing it's job and they felt the need to make plays that weren't there because they knew they couldn't trust certain parts of their team, forcing mistakes.

It is what it is. It's hard to win a game that the defense fails to make one single stop on. I'm not defending Romo or saying he's done anything of note, I just think that's a silly example you chose.

Romo couldn't get it done. Dak is looking like he'll never get it done either. That's just the way it's working out. (No, I'm not blaming Dak for THIS loss. He's caused enough of them over his career so far though. )
I didn’t say we lost because of Romo. I’m just saying the game ended on his interception. Sure the defense shouldn’t have have up 50 points but it did.

a few games ago when we weren't playing good teams on the road.
Sure, but he was playing a lot better, cause weve seen him derp the bed even against crappy teams at home (not this season so far).

Im not sure whatever the hell they do on the flight over but its just ridiculous

Tbf like with a lot of daks ints last year, that int wasnt even his fault

Tyron smith got pushed into his leg before he got it out

Simple answer to your question…Jerry Jones. He doesn’t roll the dice on franchise QBs.
Dak isn’t one. Jerry is a great businessman without question. He’s not and has never been a football guy, and he’s an even worse GM.

If he’d do anything to win like he promises, he’d pull his family out of running the team and hire actual football people. A real GM and head coach to start with. Blow up the team and start over after real evaluation of talent by real football people.

That’s the bottom line. Have a great night gentlemen and ladies.

I always see "But if not Dak then who?" type of replies to basically anyone not happy with Dak as the QB for the Cowboys.

What makes him irreplaceable in the eyes of those with that mindset? Are there people that really think Dak's skill and ability is SO high that he can't be replaced?

What skill or talents sets him apart from say..... Joe Flacco off the couch?
Sure he can be replaced. Start with a new QB though and basically go on a 4 year rebuild process. Nobody wants that. Only 10-12 teams in the league have a good QB, Dak is top 5 this year, get your head out of your butt, and stop trolling.

I mean when is an interception ever a quarterbacks fault lol?
A lot of times lol
Romo and dak are guilty of terrible throws at times but was just pointing out that one particular case.

Kinda like daks throw to brown in the jags game that he derps catching and it bounces off his hands into a jags defender.
Then you got dak in that Commanders game last year with a horrible throw for a pick 6. Ones his fault and other not

I’m just saying you can make an excuse for every pick thrown but it still goes down as a pick.

Add this one to the list that can't explain what skill or abilities make Dak irreplaceable.

The list is getting long.

Doesn't matter. Stephen Jones isn't trying to build a SB winning team. All he cares about is making the playoffs. With or without Dak this team isn't built to grind out a SB win..

"Romo threw a pick which is why we lost to the Broncos that year" was your statement, verbatim. Then when questioned about this post, 4 pages later you claim that you "didn't say we lost because of Romo".

How can you blatantly lie like this and expect to be taken seriously?
I literally clarified what I meant you cut off my sentence in my post. You’re not as sneaky as you think you are…

You literally said something that I quoted word for word. Then denied that you said it

That's not sneaky. That's you lying and getting called on it. Is defending dak at any and all costs really worth what shred of dignity and integrity you have left?

In simple terms to use Flacco, Dak is: more accurate (by a lot), less turnover prone (by a lot as Flacco has thrown multiple INTs now in all 3 games), , far more mobile, better at reading a defense (see the aforementioned INTs), and, this is the kicker, at this point Dak probably has the better arm. It certainly is a more accurate deep ball as Flacco always was known for having an inaccurate cannon for an arm that would chuck it 45 yards when the receiver ran 50 yards and draw an INT (or sometimes a PI).

Basically you are doing the equivalent of acting like Micah Parsons is exactly the same as a random off the couch. Might as well say you know nothing about QBs when you say that.

I wish you got as upset when Dak craps the bed as you do when you get caught lying while trying to defend him

The question was rhetorical. I knew the answer based on your last posts the last 2 hours……
Yawn.

During those same two hours, You've gone from defending and completely absolving Dak, to trashing Romo, to lying about trashing Romo, to acting defensive and masking profanity over getting caught lying, to diagnosing people with autism in an effort to deflect from your failed reasoning.

You're flailing in truly epic fashion. I'm embarrassed for you. Though I am entertained, I'll admit.

I'm calling you on it because when someone else questioned you on the logic of that statement, you denied saying it as if you never typed it.

You're a proven liar by your own words

Just making sure you're identified as such. That's all.
