He had an average game against AZ but he definitely didn’t stink. Our defense stunk which is why we lost that game. Dak has had a great season. If you want to complain about him, find someone else.
1 TD and 1 INT is not good enough against the Cardinals one of the worst teams in the NFL who only won two other games the entire season. Why are you exclusively blaming the defense when our offense only scored 16 points are you joking?
Our offense sucked early in the season. We were adjusting to a new offensive scheme and weren’t taking many shots down the field. All we did was dink and dunk. That wasn’t Dak’s fault, it was McCarthy and the design of the offense. The defense gave up over 220 yards on the ground to AZ and allowed an average QB to have a 120.0 passer rating. By the way I’m far from a homer. I’m one of the most critical fans on this board, so much so I’ve been called a troll. I was very critical of Dak last season but he’s been great for the most part this season. With the game on the line last week he led us on a 19 play drive and gave us our first lead with a TD pass with just over 3 minutes to play, but our defense couldn’t hold. The Cowboys wouldn’t even have a playoff team if it wasn’t for Dak who was under constant pressure last week. Stop with the hate and open your eyes.

I have said the exact same thing. every 3 years spend 1-3 round pick on a QB. that simple.
and many teams have been able to do that. its not impossible. it takes a good GM and some smart drafting. Eagles did it this past year with Hurts. sanfrancisco did it with Grapolo, Rams did it with Goff, philly got there with Foles. so its not impossible. does having an elite QB helpt. ABSOLUTELY. but its not the only way. its the easier way. however given there are only 2,3 Elite QBs at most. then it makes it challenging to find one. they just don't fall off the tree.

why? they put Edoga and Steele at tackle. 2nd and 3rd most important positions on the offense. they don't know who to block. so why is that?
