Roger Staubach makes this team a Super bowl contender immediately.

The ultimate clutch player with pinpoint passing and the ability to make plays with his legs.

Would absolutely love to see him playing in today's NFL with all the rules that protect the quarterback and favor the wide receiver he would eat this league alive.

Great points-Staubach, yes. 1A might be Randy White in his prime.

Larry Allen, would give you the greatest guard duo in league history and you’d be able to run on anyone.

Next would be Irvin or TO

If you could bring any player from the past in their prime to play for Dallas now. Must be a Cowboys player. What player would that be? What player would help the team the most?

Michael Irvin

He would bring some dog into this offense.

Larry allen or Troy. I’d love ailments to get to pass 30 times a ga me in a pass happy league.

Bob Lily or Randy White. Imagine having a run stuffing machine like Lily that demanded double team blocks every play. Or the Manster who was an absolute beast against the run and was one of the better pass rushers for a DT. White’s game would be comparable to Aaron Donald today.

Imagine this D was either of those HOFers.

This already good defense would only be responsible for half the field :muttley:

Irvin would be a good choice for the offense but not so sure KM could use him properly.

So hard to pick one but Larry Allen does fill an area of need.

I would also say Bob Lily. But it would have to be a 21st century version of Bob Lily since he was too small by today's standards to play DT. Same with Randy White.

Micheal Irvin on offence and Sanders on defence…good luck throwing with Diggs and Sanders as the starting corner backs…
