I'll say QB because you have to not only be athletically gifted but also you need to be incredibly smart and I consider intelligence to be a part of athleticism.

OH GAWD...I think im gonna uke: there you go tryin to be all ultra intelligent. LOL I hate to do say this because of our recent thread on black qbs...but think Quincy and Mike Vick..both athletic (cant deny it) but not the best at making intelligent decisions.

I'd go with CB too, but I'll throw in TE as well.

To be the best you have to have the strength and technique to block a DLman or LBer, the speed, quickness and ability to cut to run routes, and the physical dexterity to catch the football, often in traffic or over the middle where you are going to get pounded.

Depends on the scheme you're running.

If you run a tampa 2, your CBs don't need to be as athletic as they'd need to be if you run a lot of press man2man coverage.

Tampa 2 CBs just have to be good tacklers and smart in zone coverage.

Quarterback is the toughest position in the NFL to play but as far as being an athlete is concerned it may be 2nd to the bottom next to Oline.
