What scouting reports said about Cowboys WR Noah Brown: He plays like a power forward, battering ram

I'm not arguing he's a burner. But he does catch intermediate to long passes. He's only a tad faster than Dez who isn't a burner either. It doesn't matter to me if you think Dez is faster. Neither are burners.
Sure thing

Butler ran a 4.36 40 so the speed is there

His speed just doesn't seem to show in the field. Also his hands are inconsistent as heck. He makes a good catch and then drops a ball he should never drop.

Agreed. And I was really hoping Butler could beat out Williams last season, not only did he fail to do so, he regressed.

This guy has an advantage as a run blocker due to his size and strength. My guess is Zeke probably beat the drum for him. The most useful players will be on the 53. The ones who aren't as ready or useful won't make it.
