Roy Williams is not 12-2, and Dallas Cowboys are. What is he, a pitcher now?

Furthermore he is going to the Pro Bowl based on a reputation coming out of school and his play his first two years in the league. Quite frankly if he never played like he did the first couple of years, people would have written him off as simply a bad draft pick and moved on a long time ago.
