What to do with Witten?

It's happening. I'm as sure he's on the team next year as I am Dak Prescott. Whether we like it or not. In both cases.

So here's my question. Since it's unavoidable would you rather he be forced on a more experienced head coach as an offensive assistant to groom him or would you just prefer making him the head coach right now and not having that kind of dysfunction?

What hurts more? The dysfunctional environment of pushing an assistant on the new head coach that the owner has future plans for or Witten's total lack of experience to be a Head Coach in the NFL right now?

This is very thought provoking question that bare minimum deserves a like.

I will forward the results over to the Joneses.

I didn’t vote as I hated both choices. Let him stay with his sons in Argyle. Witt rubbed me the wrong way when he wouldn’t come off the field for the other TE’s and he played too long. Also his creepy deal with JG. No thanks.

We're already the laughing stock of the NFL.
If they hire Jason Witten as the next HC, as much as I loved him as a player, it'll be a disaster for the Cowboys and their fans.
It'll be the best thing to ever happen to the rest of the NFL especially the teams on the NFC East.
