What would a new incoming coach feel about Dak Prescott?

Where in my post did I compare Burrow to Dak?

I simply made a point that even the best quarterbacks need a team around them to win. Burrow's team is 4-7 right now. Who thinks it's Burrow's fault?

Therefore why is it realistic to think a quarterback like Dak can do more with less?

I don't have Dak jammies because, unlike a lot of fans here both for and against him, I realize the problems with this team run deeper than just one player. I WISH the problem here was just the quarterback, because that would be easier to fix.

This team is broken. Period.
100%.. but it takes logic to come to this and some here are more into the fight about the QB than just using simple logic...

Of course it would be the obvious robotic quotes about him "oh he's a great quarterback, he's been great for years, he's a leader, I like what I see in him, and we think he can get us a ring!" To Cowboys fans we don't see that necessarily, but we're not the coach that's being hired either. What do you think they honestly see in the QB they're forced to have lead their team?

Be honest, keep it clean! Please give your thoughts
Whoever they hire would have to accept him as qb1 for 3 years.
If they dont want that , dont take the job, so some might turn it down due to being stuck with dak at the enormous 60 mil a year.

the smart ones will, the ones looking for a job or looking to get back into coaching will take it with open arms feeling that they can CHANGE him or give him some pointers
