Halibut with white beans and rosemary. Do this one in a cast iron with oil because it has to be slow.

Gyros. I use half ground lamb and half ground venison mixed with Greek seasoning and fresh garlic, then grilled like a burger. Slice it super thin and eat it on grilled pita bread with homemade tzatziki, feta, lettuce, purple onion, tomato, and cucumber. My family loves them and they're easy to make.

That, is the best value in the food world. Costco is on record that they have no plans to increase theirs from $4.99 even though they lose money on every one sold. They figure they make it up in the volume and making an impulse shopper like me walk through the entire store. I don't recall ever going in and not coming out with one of those, with no plans for chicken! And I have never just eaten one of those without doing something with it.
