Yummy!Spaghetti and Meatballs tonight. Got the sauce going now, getting ready to start the meatballs here in a few and then just whip up some cheese garlic bread. Should be OK.
When I was a kid, and my mom would make spaghetti and meatballs, I would take some and slap it inside a corn tortilla. It was my favoritehttps://encrypted-tbn0.***NOT-ALLOWED***/images?q=tbn%3AANd9GcTKUkHRSJJ8ovG77udrzlM4rKLeK-IyZoqwTuRiejmxZvU9kwp8Spaghetti sandwich

My apologies.. quick recovery.Man, I’m on a strict diet(for a Mexican) due to having GERD, can’t drink beer, eat spicy food, anything super greasy, or even coffee/tea. Eating straight up chicken breast, lentils and spinach for dinner for about 5 more weeks!
I did it to myself so many years of getting drinking and eating spicy food/drinking coffee the next day to deal with the hang over caught up to me. I actually feel so much better, might not drink again, but man I miss spicy foodMy apologies.. quick recovery.

If you can find jack fruit, it’s a nice substitute if you’re craving things like pulled pork or carnitas! It’s pretty neutral in flavor and takes on the flavors of what you cook with itWent vegan in December. It kind of hurt, since I am a big griller/smoker, but I have learned to compromise.
Having Beyond Burgers on the grill, homemade sweet potato fries and a corn salad.
