LLLOOOLLL, STOP BUZZ!

Gallup is gonna get paid...Many more needs unless that wr is unreal.

We need a good WR. I’d be fine with one in rounds one or two..
CB isn’t blowing my skirt up this year...
I really don't think the cowboys should even consider drafting a WR , even if the best one is available. Cowboys should draft the best CB available, its a gamble regardless of who you pick at CB, their success depends on many factors (work ethic, commitment, etc etc). Keeping in mind we have two free agent CB's next year who could break out this season and command a huge contract like Byron no pick Jones.
Taking either would be a dumb moveIf somebody falls, who do you guys think would be a total steal at WR in RD 1?
Jeudy, Rugs??
Need? Taco. Cough. Cough.

Bad teams stay bad by drafting for need. Good teams use free agency to fill holes and then draft the best player available. You get in trouble when you starting drafting for need. Look at a few of the recent example in Taco Charlton and Trysten Hill. We can take it back further and throw out names like Kavika Pittman, Shante Carver, Ebenezer Ekuban, and Bobby Carpenter. The drafting for need list is ugly.
We've done a decent job of filling holes in free agency this year. No superstar names, but solid veterans who can play. This gives us the opportunity to draft best player available. Now if you have two players rated side by side, and one is of greater need then maybe you grab the Cornerback or Rush End.
But if Jeudy or Lamb are still on the board then you take them without hesitation. There will be no defender available that is rated anywhere near them. You don't reach for a 2nd round graded Corner and pass on a top 10 talent just because you don't "need" one.
I completley disagree on a few factors. First, you never reach on a player because of need. Doing so gets you guys like Taco or trading up for a guy like Claiborne....... which they didn't interview, also a guy like Hill when you had higher grades on players like the safeties that year. You go best player available regardless of position. Next, Dallas absolutely needs receiver, even if it's a first round guy. Mainly you need a 3rd receiver to make this offense go, sure you can pick a guy in three 2nd or 3rd, but if one of the top 3 guys are there you take them. A first round guy gives you the flexibility to allow Gallup to sign elsewhere after next year if you can't afford him plus Cooper contract will be up around the time the rookie is finishing up his rookie deal.I really don't think the cowboys should even consider drafting a WR , even if the best one is available. I couldn't figure out which receiver I rated higher, Lamb or Juedy until the combine. I'm not sure if you watched their workouts but they were doing fades into the back of the endzone and Lamb made a fantastic catch. I don't think you can go wrong with either one but I believe Lamb is going to be an all-pro at some point, Juedy very well could be as well because he runs better routes than Lamb. All products scares me in the draft until they get of the field and play against NFL players. Too many bust and a ton of players are late round and undrafted gems.Something about Lamb scares me and I cant put my finger on it.....
