And had a DUI because the breath test was not conclusive.
Mississippi State University quarterback Dak Prescott's DUI charge may not hold up in court due to the fact evidence may be invalid.
Prescott was arrested March 12 on the suspicion of driving drunk.
Results from the breathalyzer test came back, saying the sample given was invalid. A second one was administered that night, with the results saying the sample was insufficient.
Law experts say the results might've come out that way due to the test being improperly administered, or Dak did not blow into the machine properly.
Dak returns to court next month.
It doesn't mention a field sobriety test or anything else. I don't know what happened but I have read time and time again he is a good kid with high character. Maybe he made a mistake, maybe law enforcement got carried away.
