When Dez comes back does he alter chemistry?

as long as Dez is used to his best potential and not just used as a decoy running just 2 different routes, one constantly being a go route, then he alters the chemistry for the better.

All this talk about Romo coming back.

What about Dez?

This team is doing very well without him.

Butler is getting his. Thanks to Dak.
Romo didn't/couldn't/wouldn't get Butler involved.

Does Dez really make us better or does he start his nonsense and alter this team chemistry?
The majority of Cowboys fans feel he is a top 5 receiver. It should make us nearly unstoppable on offense. Hopefully he shows up for the meetings and does what is needed to excel, but he has always been a knuckle head, so I do have concerns about the chemistry. Will he start pouting if he feels he isn't getting enough balls his way? Probably. Will Dak be able to handle his childish behavior? I hope so.

Of course not ..... he is just a receiver and can only mess up chemistry with drops ...... and the guy replacing him already does that.

Gone for 3 weeks and he may alter chemistry?

We were 2-1 with him. Not like the team was a dumpster fire before he got injured.

Is this a thing now? Dez is now somehow bad for team chemistry?
I'm not sure how acting like he is better than the team and too important to show up on time helps the young players build chemistry. No one ever likes that type of guy. Hopefully he is still an effective decoy when he makes it back off the bench.

Dak will keep Dez in line i really believe that, and I give Dez more credit that he will be team first.

Great question.

Maybe his overall perspective has changed standing on the sideline watching us win without him these last few weeks. Hopefully he realizes he needs to fit in and not make waves.

Preach Rev. Big Dog Cowboy, preach. The choir doesn't mind at all.:bow:

Uh...no.

Dez is a muscular big receiver with long reach and good hops. But he is neither particular fast nor does he have great quickness.
So u don't think he's explosive based on his body of work? The man has had multiple seasons of double digit TDs and has unbelievable RAC ability when healthy. I am not following your assessment. What's your criteria of for being explosive???

Agreed.

IMO I think Dak can not only handle the situation if it happens.
He has already alluded to Dez not getting ball is not a problem. It will go to the best option when Dak looks to throw it.

I like that!
No kidding Dez's ring. (He doesn't have one anyway)

With our current core? I think things will be even better with Dez, Beasley, and Witten.

What kinda nonsense is this? Tony has played how many games with butler? uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
I swear, the discussion could be the space shuttle blowing up and there'd people around here that would find some reason to bash Tony for it.

I'm not sure ever been on the field together in a real game.
Anyway, his rep was always to make MORE out of guys barely heard of, not less.

I agree... and this is to my point.

He should.... he needs .... to fear repercussions.
He should.... he needs .... to fear young ones can do without him.

So, get in there Dez.
You should.... you need .... TO BE A LEADER.

Take yourself and Romo and get us #6. (I just need Romo to get his...otherwise... he was just "nice find" for us.... nothing more)

Dak can get 7 and 8.

The best is when people make stuff up in their heads

"Dak throw to Brice! Tony would NEVER throw to Brice!"

"Uh, you do know Tony and Brice have never played together right?"

"IRRELEVANT! HE SHOULD BE THROWING TO BRICE IN HIS SLEEP!"
