The following is a transcription of the interview:

On Wade Phillips' job security: This sport is such that coaching changes seldom reap the instant results you are looking for. I think the only teams that have midseason coaching changes that are looking to get a head start on next year. For the life of me I can't imagine Jerry Jones will turn his attention to 2011 after four games. With that in mind, I don't think they are particularly well-coached, I don't think they were particularly ready to play coming off a bye week. What I am not sure is the solution is the firing of Wade from a practicality standpoint. Whom would you hire? It would have to be someone off the staff. And it sure seems Jason Garrett has his hands full as it is.

This team is NOT making the playoffs. You guys do realize we're 0-2 at home against the freaking Bears and Titans, right? We still play the Vikings, Packers, and Colts on the road. We play the Saints at home. We still have 5 games to go against the East. We can't get out of our own way. Why not go ahead and can Wade and get a start on next season? We're not going anywhere anyway.

I don't think changes coaches will spark anything, but i want to see what Garrett is made of and how he handles the situation. Wade a) should've never been hired and b) should've been fired 2 seasons ago.

Jerry needs to stop playing this game and just end it already.

Has Wade given a post game presser? I've seen Romo's, but can't find the other.

Just the other day he was saying Felix wasn't worth a 1st rounder.

Sturm needs to stick to crunching numbers.

Anything outside of that area, he seems to offer very little.

He wasn't worth a first rounder.

Wade will get canned immediately prior to Jerry screwing up the choice for the next head coach of the Dallas Cowboys.

The player was worth the pick, the team just doesn't make the pick look worthwhile.

Jerry thinks he is a football genius because he got lucky and struck gold by hiring a buddy of his 21 years ago

Since then, his ego has single-handidly cost us anywhere from 2 to 6 potential SB titles

Felix is two-tenths of a second in the 40 away from being every bit the player Chris Johnson is. Too bad Jason Garrett gets the runs every time we run the ball more than 40% of the time.

I am feeling conflicted at this point. If the Cowboys some how get on a roll and make the playoffs they will probably save Wade's job. I am at the point where I just want to see some changes, starting with the coaching staff.

You and me both. Wade saved his job last year with that playoff win but now this year under his leadership we're sucking big time.

I am really more disappointed than mad about this year. I guess I bought into the "SB contender" hype.

I keep refreshing the page, hoping to see that Wade has been fired.

I can beat that. I'm refreshing here and flipping thru various radio stations talking NFL football. Now if I could just get off my lazy butt and turn on the NFL Network I'll have all the bases covered.

Wade won't get fired until our playoff chances are absolutely nil. I don't remember any midseason coaching change spurring a team to the playoffs, and Jerry isn't about to see if his team will become the first.

It may not be what people want to hear, but it's the reality of the situation.

Wade Phillips is not getting fired folks.

Jerry Jones has never fired a Head Coach during the Season.

Besides, Wade Phillips is only part of the problem anyway.
